MPESA Mentorship Package

MPESA is pleased to have developed a Mentorship Package for teachers who are new to teaching physical education/health education (PE/HE), or have a new assignment in this area. It includes materials that will provide resources to support the teaching of a quality PE/HE program based on curricular outcomes. The French version is now available!

Recreation Connections Manitoba and Green Action Centre are working together on a provincial initiative ‘After The School Bell Rings: A Manitoba After School Recreation Project’. The project, funded through the Public Health Agency of Canada and the Province of Manitoba until March 2013, will promote and support increased access and opportunities for children and youth, ages 6-12 years, to engage in physical activity and healthy living practices in the critical after school time period
